Quick and easy with very speedy funding.

Thank you Yarrow Financial for approving my PPP loan.

We were successful in obtaining our PPP funding through Yarrow. The online application was extremely easy to navigate. The first time we submitted, however, we sent in a personal tax form instead of the business version of this particular form. We immediately sent an email with the correct attachment, however, it seems like no one with Yarrow took any time to put that together or even to contact us to make the correction. A phone number would have been nice as well - to actually talk with someone! An email response told us that our application was being processed by underwriting. We eventually received a denial email which told us to apply again. We did, and filed the correct form. We were funded a few weeks later. The process could have gone smoother had an underwriter looked over our file, realized that we only missed one form and reached out to ask for that one piece of information. That doesn't seem like a lot of extra effort and is better than denying someone and having them reapply.
