Scammers, gave my friend tarnished necklace and would not give her a refund.

I was a long time customer of Yaya Holistic, I cannot even explain the amount of sadness it is to find out that the shop is closed. Yaya Holistic helped me in so many ways and haven’t been able to find a daily supplement that will ever compare.. please come back Yaya, we miss you!!

I have been a customer of Yaya Holistic since 2021 and have enjoyed their products. They now appear to be out of business, and yet their website is up and they continue to accept orders that they are not fulfilling. I pre-ordered products on December 10, 2024 that have not been delivered, and I am getting no response to my inquiries. I have asked for a full refund and again, no response.

I had been a long term customer. I ordered product in Dec 2024. I reached out for status in January 2025. They told me to wait 90-120 days. I reached out again 120 days later and no response and no product.

When my Oder was taking too long to get to me, I was shipped another order immediately. I am so thankful for your service. Thanks again. See you the next time.

My order was shipped to the wrong location (my shipping information on the order was correct).I have reached out to the company multiple times in multiple ways and no reply. Extremely poor customer service. I paid for product I didn't receive.
