Hi Ronald, I am sorry that your order did not go as you had planned. We do try out best to help each and every customer out on an individual level, but it does not always work out the way the a Customer may have wanted. In which case, we always try to learn and adapt from each of these situations. However, I do see that you Order was placed on May 22nd, and a Refund was issued to you on June 1st. Which seems to be an appropriate time for everything to be figured out in regards to doing a return, and then each bank does have their own processing times which we can not control. Regardless, we do not like to see our customers have an experience of which they did not intend to have. So we would like to offer you a Discount on any future purchase you would like to make. I am giving this review 5 stars even though it was a rough start. No delivery or information was forthcoming about my order for 3+weeks. Several emails went unanswered. Then low and behold someone found my email in the internet pile and replied. Not only did they reply, but communicated directly with the company that makes the product and got them jumping through hoops and the order was filled and on my porch in less than a week from the last correspondence. The product worked perfectly and the service was exemplary. Russell, thank you very much for your kindness, understanding and your fantastic follow-through. Much appreciated.
