I have received excellent service from the U.K. and global team with Rob S in particular going that extra mile to help. Updating listings at scale during the pandemic has been greatly assisted by Yext and has been extremely important for our customers. Similarly, Yext Answers offers a great new way to help improve local listings. The Yext team stay on top of the SERP landscape and make a huge impact in terms of site traffic - something that would be difficult to achieve by simply concentrating on traditional organic results.

Changing search engine listings is an easy enough job, but having to manage multiple profiles across hundreds of sites and search engines is a never ending job. I initially signed up to Yext to see how much easier the task could be and from then the relationship has gone from strength to strength. Their Customer Success Managers are friendly, know the platform inside out and above all, genuinely want to do their best for their clients. The introduction of their Answers platform trial was an eye-opener which has increased website functionality beyond anything we could have achieved in-house. On any scale, if you want to natively increase your SEO, I highly recommend enlisting Yext’s services.

Have been a customer with YEXT 3 years. From a large company with just under 1000 locations. Pros: 1. Reduces time updating listings (The more lisitings you have, the more time saved) 2. Insightful analytics 3. User friendly 4. Friendly team 5. Best in class Cons: 1. Most expensive in class 2. Although they work with the big publishers like Google, they have only so much control over the platform 3. Long process to clean up a messy account Karen Buckley is a great Client Success Manager and will add value to any partnership.

I wish I could give a minus 5 review. We had the service for some two years, a little over a year ago we cancelled ( or so we thought ) this people are crooks!!! They actually never did anything for us to improve our website online presence, at least not anything that had a positive impact in website relevance or traffic. This past November I was in touch with a company that came across as very transparent, even when I expressed my doubts and feelings about these SEO companies making all sorts of promises that never materialized they made us a very good offer, with easy cancellation and assured us that their success is tied to their customers' success, we took them up on it. In the course of this new company setting up our seo marketing it was found that YEXT claimed that we were still under an agreement with them and refused to allow said company access to our listings, this has caused our company harm, Yext failed to reply to any and all emails I sent them during late Dec of 2020 and January of 2021, that is when I discovered that they had just charged my credit card for a subscription, perhaps that is why they chose to not answer my emails and simply just charged my card. No matter what that is an unauthorized and fraudulent charge, if I have to take this matter to court here in Texas I most certainly will. Stay away from these New York slick crooks. As a child I grew up in Queens county New York, I have always known the history of organized crime in that city, this people are no better than the Mafia, bunch of crooked slimeballs!!!

If you own a local business and want to get your local SEO cleaned up - You can't. Yext charges you every year to rent your listings. Man, these guys are crooks!

We can only manage the listings of businesses that have a subscription with us. Listings can often be created on the web from a multitude of sources, and our mission is to assist business owners with updating and syncing their information across the web. The Yext Knowledge Engine enables companies of all sizes to manage location data across their websites, mobile apps, internal systems, and the industry's largest ecosystem of maps, apps, social networks, directories, and search engines including Google, Apple, Facebook, Bing, and Yahoo. With a Yext paid subscription, we are able to manage your business listings on a multitude of online directories. Since you do not have an account with Yext, we haven't provided any information about your business to any search directories.
