Richard P. and the Yext team did a great job in efficiently and effectively handling a problem I had with some websites and displays. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem and reached out to the appropriate parties to make the correct changes. Highly recommend and satisfied!

Yext has tried to get me to pay to fix error on web sites for years. It appears to me that they leave data off their reports so their customers think they need to hire them to fix the errors.

Here are the facts, Yext puts you on the map as it claims, you also get listed in all the other places which doesn't really do you any good, maybe the links are no follow. Yext is very miss leading as my analyetics confirms, After speaking to customer service about my problems, they are just that my problems, I will be canceling after this year, small business can't afford hits like this 0 phone calls = 0 revenue

Yext Response was the worst response ever given you basically said that Yext dose not work unless we pay a yearly fee of 500 that is outrageous so I pay you guys to change my address and it fails within one year that means your work dose not stick.... but the scanners of the web their systems work because it sticks I will notify all my friends and business that I work with in an email blast and my social media I asked for you help and all you want to do is take my money we are a small business and all you want is money but your service dose not deliver the service not worth it all all. NOT WORTH THE MONEY CHANGE THE INFO YOUR SELF !! AND SAVE MONEY. IT'S CHEAPER TO HIGHER A TECH TO DO THIS FOR YOU INSTEAD OF YEXT.

Horrible experience I was a sucker for this service when just starting my business. I received a call from a man wanting me to buy into a higher service at that time I requested to cancel with Yext. It did nothing and I realized quickly it was a worthless expensive service. Bad on my part that I actually trusted that the man I spoke with would cancel my plan. Come to find out 4 years later they have been charging me all along. Furious, I called and was told by 2 employees including a manager there was nothing they could do about my past charges. So here I am thousands later and nothing to gain from it. It's a worthless service that claims to help with business listings and SEO boy did I wish I wasn't so gullible first starting out. STAY AWAY from YEXT!! Big SCAM and they just want to get you on that autopay!!!

So you're aware, we offer subscriptions on an annual billing cycle, because we also pay the listing sites on your behalf. Doing this allows us to guarantee that your information will show up accurately on those sites. All subscriptions are set to renew automatically each year. Since we push and protect your data on a daily basis, the automatic renewal prevents any disruption in service. Auto-renewals are the standard practice for software services, and you have the option to opt out of the renewal or cancel your service altogether at any point.
