It is a good product to standardize your biz info on various sites and help in your SEO. I recommend it to starting businesses that do not have the time or a large budget to get their presence on line. We were well taken care by Mr. Adam Gussin, who explained in details and delivered as promised.

I will be watching my stats for the beneifits that Yext says I may get. So, even though all the people were so easy to work with and so personable, I want to see results. So, we must trudge on and watch! ——————————————— 2019. Lets play catch up. Yext did very very little for the money. So, I dropped them and downgraded my rating. I have not used them for about 2 years now. Thought people could use this.

I was really pleased with the training provided to me from Yext. I would encourage anyone to use this service as their agents are informed and willing to explain in detail any questions or concerns you may have.

This is a wonderful tool! It helps streamline your listings across the web and enables you to easily update information and add content to 50+ listings with just one change in the dashboard. It also allows you to connect social media accounts and view insights and analytics. My sales rep, Jordan, has been extremely helpful, reliable, and professional. I would recommend Yext to anyone who is looking to easily gain internet exposure for their business.

Jordan D. is our account manager / tech support guy and he is great! He has an obvious wealth of knowledge about your product, the software it uses and even how that software relationship can vary from one citation site to another. He listens carefully and without interruption to any questions or concerns that I have. He then answers in a manner that is easy to understand and devoid of the patronizing undertones that can often accompany those conversations! These and so many other factors are the reason we give Jordan D. 5 stars for his representation of us with YEXT! ***** We are happy with our results using YEXT and give it a 4 out of 5 allowing just a bit of room for improvement ! Sincerely. Greg Burns-Jackson Administrative Assistant Jackson & MacNichol Jackson-MacNichol.com

Exceptional customer service! I was pleased when the agents took the time to patiently walk me through the process of learning how to set up my profile page, how to load photos, and how to check my analytics too! I'm excited to see results!
