It looked like a good idea at the time, however the high cost vs people who search and view my site appears to be very low. Cheaper to pay other third parties to advertise my site and get much better returns. Will not renew at the end of three year program.

YEXT is a five star in service. I have been a member for a while, and always got all my questions answered by a friendly staff. Thanks to YEXT. In addition, YEXT continued improvements are visible every time we log in.

Yext helped me realize what a problem we had with misinformation old info and we were not reaching the public fully and that some things were not user friendly. They even helped as much as they could with things that was not of their concern.After they got me hooked up, I got two new customers right away and it definitely came from them, I had a deal that they only at the time was running for me.

I used to try to manage all these listing by myself, this saved me more in labor time in a week than it cost for a year. Only thing we are still working on is some duplicate listings but we are only a month in so hope this will clean up soon.

Just what the title says. Works as advertised. Took 1-3 weeks before everything was inline, and was a big price, but it did what it said it would.
