YoraHome and the staff members are the best. I was looking for a USA based company when I bought my equipment. They are fast, reliable and knowledgeable. I was missing a part when I received my item and they shipped the piece out right away. If your on the fence, you won’t be disappointed with YoraHome.

I bought a Yora 6550 40 watt and could not get it to work. After much consultation with Nick and Mark over the phone, email and Zoom we figured out the power supply was bad. I really appreciate their efforts and help with this. I also wanted to give a shout out to David Hollnagel from the Yora community. David also put in a lot of his time to help me out. Thanks David.

When you start to believe customer service is out the window. Geno from Yorahome proves me wrong. Geno took his time to help me with a 40watt laser issue. He helped in all technical aspects. And then went to bat for me on a laser replacement. Geno is awesome. He listened to everything I had to say. Thank you Geno Thumbs Up.

Tony was awesome with helping me with my user error! Even when he got my Fiber machine up and running he was still there for my questions. Not to mention the small issue with the rotary. We are so glad we went with Yora machines!
