The customer service is very responsive in a quick manner! I had accidentally double ordered an item for my husband for Christmas and sent an email to cancel that part of my order, within minutes they responded to my request and refunded me for the item. I truly enjoy doing business with companies that offer excellent customer service! Thanks YORA, you have earned a customer for life!

I ordered a cpu fan Friday morning at a little after 9am. It wasn't sent out until Monday afternoon and will take 5 days via USPS to get from Ohio to the SW corner of PA. I am very unhappy!

Thanks for your review, Christy. I'm sorry to hear that you've had this negative experience with the shipping process. As specified on our website, we process the orders within 3 business days. Our estimated shipping time is usually around 1 and 10 business days. For small accessories shipping in USA, we work with USPS. We offered you to ship it with FedEx, you considered it to be too expensive. On top of that, USPS, including many express companies are experiencing delays in shipping due to the Covid-19 and the holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thanks

I have had to ask for help 3 times, since i got my 6550 laser and 3015 pro engraver. This company has been absolutely fantastic with help. I am so glad I bought from Yora, as their machines are great. Thank you for being there for your customers!!!

So I haven’t received my purchase yet but I will say I asked every question possible cause i wanted to make sure I would have a good support system when it came to my purchase for my business I felt very confident after talking with Jeremy that the people that work for the company also use these product for their business at home it felt personal and I know if I have a problem I know I will get the help I need ...
