We had some shipping difficulties. Yora customer care did all they could to correct this issue. Each time I inquired they responded in a timely manner. They were very patient and kind with me even when I lost my nut. I did my research to make sure this company was the right place for me to start out as I know there are a lot of scammers out there. They kept me reassured. I have heard about people receiving machines from other companies and not being able to use them due to lack of technical and customer supports or not even receiving them. I was a wee nervous when the shipping company dropped my machine three provinces away but the Yora peeps dealt with it asap and even sent me a gift to help me when I did receive my machine. My machine works too. I am so excited to start creating with my laser/cnc 3018!! Thank you Yora!

Where is the manual to change settings for different material burn settings,coatings to put on metal, ceramic, how to itch mirror. Can't work on machine and watch YouTube at same time. Need help
