I ordered a 6 pack of Buffalo trace around Aug 4th. The site said in stock. I emailed them 2 times asking for an update with no reply. Around Aug 15th I got an email saying that my order has shipped and is on the way. It said my order would arrive on Aug 19th. That came and went with no delivery. Checked the status again on 21st and it said that only part of my delivery is ready and that it in fact hasn't shipped lol. I've sent 4 emails and recieved ZERO from them. Please don't waste your time with these people. They are very unreliable and unprofessional.

terrible service never recived my order called Mr. Tony Ballo of You Booze left 4 messages never got a call back no e mails nothng !! Poor service took the money out of my account immediately never shipped my order as far as I know very very poor service.

I ordered an item that was listed as"Back in stock", expecting to receive it promptly. 4 weeks went by and no product. I emailed multiple times with no response. Finally on the 4th email I did get a response saying that product was one of their most in demand products and they would ship as soon as it came in. They also sent me a $10 gift card and asked if this would be or would I prefer a refund. I ordered this product because they said it was in stock..... so, I asked for a refund and received that within the week.

For several weeks, I was unable to get an update regarding the status of my order and when it would be delivered. When I called the customer service number it always went to voice message, and when I left a voice message, I never received a call back re status of my order. Customer service WAS TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOUBOOZE.

Half my $195 order came and they show it all as delivered. I’ve written to them several times with no response. I even paid $6.99 for shipping insurance and the link doesn’t work. UPS closed my complaint because they show the package as delivered. A package was delivered. It had half my order in it. Do not buy anything from YouBooze

Ok, so they lack in communication. If they have so many orders they should let you know your order has been delayed due the amount of volume. However, if one were to call them and get a superstar like Allie, you would have been put at ease, knowing you’re in good hands and that it’d be cause they have/had 22,000 order of the very booze you bought. She was outstanding and i hope whomever is her boss trades this and promote her to some executive level in charge of customer service!

Stay away. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. These clowns charged my card immediately and sent emails explaining a one month delay, etc. I agreed to wait one month for a fulfillment, but the month came and went and nobody answered support emails. Had to dispute the charge with my CC company and got a refund right away.

I ordered 2 high end bottles of Tequila on 8/9. I never heard anything about a shipment. I sent an email twice. Never got a reply. Finally received an email that a label was created through UPS but the shipment was never picked up. Another email and two calls that went unanswered. After reading all the negative reviews I contacted my Credit card to dispute the charge. And sent another email.
