If I could give no stars we could. We ordered an item that we could not find in liquor stores . Item ordered was in stock on-line but then got a email stating said item was not in stock. Told there were no refunds. Offered a gift card. Tried to order something of equal value that was in stock on-line. Received an email stating item was not in stock and no refunds. Had to dispute through my bank and got our refund quickly. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH YOUBOOZE.com. They take your money knowing they don’t have the product thinking their fine print means something. STAY AWAY.

Been waiting for 2 weeks for my $300 order to ship. Nobody answers the phone or returns my messages or emails. They aren't even worth one star!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! UPDATE: I've filed a complaint with BBB regarding YouBooze and they got back to me today saying they have tried several times to reach YouBooze and have not been successful in voicing my complaint to YouBooze. Therefore, they are closing the case. But they will refer to my case to see if a pattern emerges with other people who have issues. So I recommend that anybody else who is a victim of YouBooze to do the same. I will also file a compliant with the local prosecuting attorneys office. Which other to follow my suite. 1/3/24 CCH

Terrible service. They charge your card when you order, don't fulfill your order for weeks, and refuse to credit your card even though they haven't filled or shipped your order yet. I've been waiting 2 weeks. I've complained twice. The order won't be delivered on time for the holidays and the only response from Youbooze is that they don't provide refunds. Hoping I can get the charge canceled in my card. Update. We've past 8 weeks now waiting for YouBooze to either fill my order or credit my account. Apparently they still are out of stock and refuse to credit my card. They've offered a give certificate but I don't want to buy something I didn't want. At this rate it looks like YouBooze will just keep my money.

Order was processed and never shipped. Their mail box is full, they don't use their chat and they haven't responded to emails. STAY AWAY!!

This time, the company has to be shut down. I need everyone who has experienced their customer service, write BBB a complain, and have their doors closed and shut down for good. If we are lucky, we can get a refund and get our money back. It is not that hard to be honest folks. If you can't control your own habit, then stop taking money from people who know how to control theirs. This was to be Christmas gifts and you took that from me and them. Shame on you and know God saw what you did to everyone. Refund my money or I will proceed with more avenues them BBB.

I ordered from them based on their reputation from being on Maxim, Men's Journal, etc They are a scam. I ordered Buffalo Trace and never got it. They won't offer a refund or anything. I found out that they are not on any of those magazines. They straight up lied!!!

Placed my order paid insurance. After not receiving a shipping notice a week after ordering I emailed you booze to see when the order would ship. They emailed me back a day later stating the item I ordered was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in stock. They said they would give me a gift card for the amount I paid to use to buy something else from them. I asked for the charge to be reversed but they said they couldn't do that. Total scam! I wish I would have done research on this company before I got ripped off. Their web site looks legit, don't get fooled.

Wish I had done research on this “company” before ordering. I was so excited to find a discontinued Capt. Morgan rum on their site. It was the last place I could find any. I immediately placed an order, which included a shipping charge of $31. Payment was processed immediately and next day I received order confirmation. A week later I get an email saying it’s “backordered”, so I could either wait, or substitute something else. (I refuse to substitute and pay shipping on some other product I can get anywhere. This was a special item they claimed to have so I didn’t mind the shipping). I told them I don’t believe it’s backordered as it’s been out of production for over a year, and I would rather cancel the order. They immediately responded with their “all sales final” policy. I then asked them to provide proof it’s on backorder with their distributor. I’ve even told them I will have to assume a bait and switch if they don’t get me proof. They ignore that and just keep telling me it’s backordered with their distributor. Last communication was a week ago when they were going to “talk to the Manager” regarding my request. Since then, I have spoken directly with CS at Captain Morgan and they have confirmed this product is discontinued. They even checked all their distributors and found there is no one I can get this from. I have now put this in the hands of PayPal disputes. Not surprisingly, they are yet to respond to PayPal. So I have my credit card company involved too.
