Four months is a little long
The purchase went very well. But I haven’t heard anything back since May and it is September. I knew it was going to be a few weeks, but not this long. Communication would be very nice!

Does anyone have a successful story to tell about the finally getting their Greenhouse? I am a little worried about ordering one with all the negative reviews on the shipping and actually getting it.

Purchasing the greenhouse was easy
Purchasing the greenhouse was easy. The problem was that they did not phone us to tell us they were having trouble filling orders, etc. Then I received a text for the second payment. First I always look at texts with scamming in mind. Second, always call the customer with updates, if the order is unable to be filled in timely manner. Third don't text for payment.

Shipping delays forced me to cancel my order
I am unable to review the product because I did not receive it. It was delayed due to issues in shipping, and I needed something right away, so I was forced to cancel my order. My initial interactions requesting a refund weren't great, but I eventually spoke with Chris from Customer Support and he assisted me; I am awaiting my refund. I would have loved to accept their offer of a discount on my purchase, but I already received a (probably not as good) replacement from a different company and can't afford a second one right now. Maybe in the future.
