I think we got this card as a rebate owed from a travel company. Never seemed convenient to use it. Wife found it today and noticed expiration date was nearing. Looked up balance to find it had all disappeared years ago.

Received this card from Spectrum for switching our mobile service ALMOST A YEAR AGO. With $439.00 on it. However, when I went to use the card there was only .39cents on it. Immediately I contacted the number on the back of the card to report fraudulent charges, also let them know that I was at work at the time the charges were made, I was told there would be an investigation received a case number they sent me an email for DOC-U sign, before I hung up the phone it was confirmed they received the signed documents. I waited 4-6weeks no communication from them, In that span of the 4-6 weeks I was sending numerous emails to the dispute center, to Spectrum, went to the Spectrum store. Nothing from the Spectrum store, they said it's out of their hands. I called the number again. I was told the case number didn't exist so I was then given a new case number, (which was a much shorter set of numbers.) Waited another 3 weeks, No replies from the company until Feb 2026. The email stated my case has been closed and there is nothing more we can do for you. These companies that use the rewards cards for incentive to use them as their provider should somehow be held accountable, they chose the company. I just want my money that I was supposed to get, that money was for a bill I was going to pay. Since I didn't have the

They arrange rewards with a company so it seems like its a benefit, but it actually may be fraud. They get the funds from the company, then they put the funds on hold and tell you the card cannot be used and call some random person/company to get you to send a check, but they dont tell you how to contact them or get the check.

Terrible. I just figured out I had to log in to use it first, as it didn’t come with directions, and both cards I have are already expired due to the $2.50 monthly charge. I don’t know why any company would use this card.

If you are a company that uses this company to give away reward cards, then you are fools... you are going to create people who waste time and hate you for it. HPN, in Nevada, a Insurance company, gave these cards out for going to see the doctor. For weeks I have called and used the website to active and it fails and the number is always busy. They charge fees left and right which I thought was against the law.

Waited talking to a robot for 3 minutes then hung up I n as soon as it transfers to a person. Why bother with a phone number if now one is goi g to answer

Worst experience ever. Received a gift card that doesn't work. Customer experience they hand up on you. They lie and at least if they are going to lie can they get all their representatives to say the same lie and not different ones. Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Not able to use this care anywhere!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible - can I say Horrible again!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
