We have tried to order meals for 2 weeks and they continue to arrive warm and not safe to eat. This company shouldn't be in the meal delivery business if they can't safely deliver food. The menu seemed great and we were excited to try it but they clearly have work to do in our area to be able to ship food properly.

They make it very difficult to find a way to completely cancel subscription. Instead, they list the option as "skip this week" and shows 2 following weeks subscription to "skip". Then they charged again on the following week. When I confronted about this that I did not want their product and requested a full refund, they refused to refund. I filed chargeback as unauthorized transaction with my bank. Will not do business with this company. Additionally, food is just not tasty. My boys did not like them. Edit: You have an audacity to post false accusation, I have to add additional details. The way to cancel subscription is in a very small font compared to all other buttons I had to spend 30 minutes on your website to find out how to do it. This is a predatory design and practice and you should be shunned for doing so. I cancelled your service on 10/25 AFTER I found out that you've made an unauthorized transaction on my credit card. My card was charged on 10/23, and your "courtesy reminder" email that I checked in hindsight has an email title "Choose brand new Snack Popper Flavors by tonight!" that begins with some new product push that covers the first half of the email content, and I get bombarded by your "marketing emails" every single week, no wonder I mistook it as one of your other spam emails. You think you are covering your "tracks" by saying you sent "courtesy" reminder but this is a very definition of predatory design that deceives customers. I had to find out from your "shipping notification" email sent on 10/25, and I had to go review my credit card statement to confirm that you indeed made an unauthorized transaction. I have already gone ahead and requested chargeback to my credit card on the grounds of unauthorized transaction and I will verbally and strongly campaign against your company until you change the ways you are doing your business. It's disgusting.

Hi Peter, We are sorry to hear you had a poor experience cancelling your Yumble subscription, and appreciate your feedback. Upon reviewing your account, you signed into the cancellation portal for the first time on October 25th and successfully cancelled your subscription with us at that point. Beyond having the ability to cancel a subscription, customers are also able to manage delivery weeks by skipping any listed orders prior to their modification deadlines noted on their Upcoming Meals page. Additionally, a courtesy reminder email was sent to you the day this week's delivery was processed, on October 22nd, which we see was received and opened. We were unable to cancel this week's meals as they are perishable goods and had already shipped at the time you initially reached out on October 25th. Regardless, our offer still stands to issue a 50% refund back to your credit card, or provide a merchandise credit for 100% off a future box as we absolutely understand that sometimes things get missed. We apologize if there was any confusion. Yumble is a weekly subscription service; this is stated at checkout and is noted in our Terms of Service. You were charged for this week’s order because your account was active and this order was open for processing after the noted modification deadline on October 22nd. This week’s order has been available to modify since October 10th and at anytime, you were welcome to reach out to out Customer Experience team with assistance cancelling your subscription. The reminder email was sent on Friday at noon ET and opened that same day. Your subscription is now cancelled and this week’s delivery will be the final.

I only got these meals twice, and both times it was late. The first time it was only a little late. The ice was still frozen in the box (barely) and the meals still cold. But they only had a couple days before they weren’t good anymore. BUT the box I received today.. the box I received today was sent out on 09/28/2021 and I received it today 10/06/2021. Over 1 week later. That food was in that box for over a week. It was warm in the box. The food was rotten. Open the box and it immediately smelled horrible and made my entire kitchen stink. It was horrible. The first time I ordered, I had 12 meals to give me kids in a couple days.. little irritating. But no biggie. Second time… the food being over A week late and completely rotten. That’s unacceptable and I will not be doing this ever again.

Carriers are seeing an increase in delays due to seasonal shipment volume; however we make sure to ship your orders in time for punctual delivery because we know that our meals are perishable and that you depend on your meals for your weekly meal planning. In the event of delays, we have a permanent discard request on file with this carrier for any orders delayed 2 days beyond the commitment date. This is set to specifically avoid the delivery of spoiled meals to our customers and I am so very sorry that you were forced to deal with a delivery or rotten meals. Bland, soggy food and bad customer service. Tried to cancel my song but missed the deadline for the next week, so I’m stuck with 8 more meals my daughter won’t eat. Happiness guarantees on their site is a lie.

I tried this and service has been horrible. Constant account problems and service reps just offer excuses instead of solutions. Worst of all, the food tastes awful and doesn't seem very healthy. Lots of meatballs, chicken nuggets and variations of mac and cheese. Not what I was looking for.

Yumble was far from perfect but provide an solution when I needed one - quick, healthyish meals for my daughter until I found a long, black hair sealed into a package of food. I emailed Yumble and there was no real apology. I was told: “Our meals are prepared in a USDA supervised kitchen, so they have strict safety and hygiene practices. I am sorry for this poor experience.” So strict that you completely missed a very visable piece of hair sealed in a plate of food? I see another customer also found a piece of metal in their plate. You call these strict safety and hygiene practices? These are our children! Yumble, you’ve completely missed the mark here and I’m disappointed in you.

In reviewing your communication with us, I see that we did escalate your concerns and the provided images to our Quality Assurance team and they have investigated this issue. Our Kitchen is a USDA regulated facility; which means that there are very strict hygiene protocols. We note this to express how stringent rules are, but concede that something went awfully wrong here. We report all concerns like this and take feeding families very seriously; which is why without any hesitation, we issued a refund for that week’s box as well as the following and cancelled your subscription upon request. Inedible. Unsafe food packaging. All of the meals had a plastic covering that wasn't sealed. Went right in the trash.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a great concept, but was mortified when a piece of metal wire was found inside the food. I couldn’t believe it, so of course there all the meals out and contacted yumble. When I called it’s a voice meal telling me to tx or email. I did both without any response. On there website there is a chat button. It’s not. It puts you back to their email. I couldn’t believe a meal service for your little ones is conducted in this manner. I’m so upset about this entire situation. Do not order!!
