It would have been nice if I was notified that the product I have been buying was discontinued. Instead, it just stopped showing up (I was on Autoship). I have re-subscribed to the product now being offered, after a call to your customer service dept.

The YuMove product is fantastic. I have had a previous positive customer service interaction. Unfortunately, this last time, I was sent the wrong item and I tried to resolve the issue, but my concern wasn't addressed. They replied very quickly and politely; unfortunately, I wasn't "heard" and their replies, though very upbeat and positive, did not match my problem. It felt like they were just trying to pacify me. The issue remains unsolved.

When I log into the system, it says I have no subscriptions even though I’m using the email that you’re sending me emails to, so I’m unable to edit delivery and find the platform clumsy before when I could get on it

At least 2-3 days before USPS pickup then added shipping time every order placed-recurring
