Seit über einem Jahr bekommt diese Firma nicht hin meine Umsatzsteuer ID und die Rechnungsadresse zu ändern. 26.07.2023, 00:58 (GMT+1) => Aufforderung Rechnungsadresse zu ändern mit Firmenbuchauszug als Nachweisdokument 25.11.2023 14:03 => Im Live Chat nachgefragt und geantwortet bekommen, ich soll ein Ticket öffnen und hat den Chat geschlossen. Ich hab dann erneut ein Chat aufgemacht und gefragt was das soll...ohne Kommentar wieder geschlossen. 25.11.2023 14:59 => Ich bekomm innerhalb von 24 Stunden eine Antwort, allerdings bis dahin läuft eine Nummer ab bei dem ich nicht die Rechnung verbuchen kann weil die Rechnungsadresse falsch ist. Ebenfalls bin ich umsatzsteuerbefreit und muss warten bis dort die Mitarbeiter deren steuerpflichen nachkommt

usable SIP provider with mobile app pros: 1. they have apps for iOS and Android that seamlessly integrated with the phone dialer. nice and simple. 2. in order to call PSTN number you need to charge your account with some credit (min 5$). The call quality I experienced was very good. I made two calls. the price per minute is average in the VOIP arena (not too expensive and not cheap). 3. they provide an extensive SIP API for call treatment. cons: 1. no MacOS desktop app. no desktop browser (firefox) plugin 2. like many other DiD providers (virtual number seller): the KYOC these days demands you upload copies of your passport, driver license, bills and other personal data which is scary (but necessary to comply with all the new EU regulation). I've decided not to use that feature because of that sensitive information. I must admit this procedure is spreading to all virtual phone companies (to fight crime?). 3. the Zadarma eSim plans are a bit expensive if you compare it to other eSim providers. for example : if I fly to Singapore : I can't buy a dedicated singapore eSim. I must purchase the "world eSim plan" which costs more. lost 1 star.
