Thank you so much for reaching out, and I'm sorry for the disappointing news here. Our safety toe styles have been out of stock for a while, and we've had a genuinely hard time sourcing them. We were expecting them back in August 2026, but our timeline has now shifted to early 2027. I know that's a long wait, so I can sign you up so you're notified the moment safety toes are available again. Just let me know, and I'll add you. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience, and we appreciate you sticking with us. We hope we can serve you better very soon.

Thank you for being a loyal Z-CoiL customer since 2017. We sincerely apologize for the frustration, lack of communication, and inconvenience you experienced with your recent order, especially regarding your specialized fitting advice request and ankle concerns. This falls far short of the level of service and care we strive to provide. We would love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and reference your recent order details so we can connect you directly with a shoe specialist to address your specific coil adjustment needs, order status, and complaint. Your health, comfort, and satisfaction remain our top priority, and we hope to regain your trust.
