Scheduled a 1st time massage for yesterday, they gave me a window from 8am until 1pm. they messaged me at 12:30 to let me know that they couldn't find a provider. So they made me wait at home all morning on a Saturday for nothing, complete waste of time. This was my 1st appointment with this company thru the VA system. the message asked me to give them my availability for the next 2 weeks so they could find someone. Told them this is terrible customer service especially for a new client and they need to give me the availability of the providers and ill pick which one works for me. lets see if they do. I'll update this review accordingly

My account was closed. No explanation given. I feel they discriminated against me. Huge credit amount still on the account was also never refunded it has been over a month. They refuse to answer any emails to the Zeel support email from the email associated with your Zeel account. No explanation. I was with them for 6 years and this is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer

Booked a massage for my wife for her birthday while staying at an Airbnb in a gated community. Security would not let it in outside vehicles so I messaged the therapist and told them I would need to meet them outside the security gate. They responded that my claim re. gate security was absurd, they felt unsafe with me and was cancelling the massage service. I immediately tried to log back into the app but was blocked, even my calls to customer service were blocked and they charged my credit card over $188.00 for service not provided. I have not been able to reach customer service by any means.

I used them for a year with a membership. There is no way to reach them on their site if you want customer service. I booked a massage a few days ago and there was no response, even though it said my request is pending. I'm done with Zeel.

I booked a massage with Zeel well in advance and had three different therapists accept and then cancel my appointment. The third therapist canceled just hours before the scheduled time, and Zeel did not find any replacement or offer a meaningful solution. This was my worst booking experience: I rearranged my schedule multiple times, trusted their system, and was left with no service at the last minute. For a company that claims to offer “on‑demand” professional massage, this level of unreliability and poor coordination is completely unacceptable. I will not be using Zeel again and cannot recommend them to others.

I recently switched massage therapists and had an extremely negative experience with Susan Davis. For every prior appointment, I have remained face down for the duration of my session without issue. Susan refused to accommodate this preference and stated that she would not continue the appointment if I chose to remain face down. I found this approach unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive of my comfort level. Throughout the session, there appeared to be no consistent technique, rhythm, or treatment plan. She repeatedly asked me to make various arm and body movements during the massage, something I have never experienced with any other massage therapist. The constant interruptions made it difficult to relax and seemed to disrupt the flow of the session. Additionally, the pressure she used felt excessively rough and heavy-handed. This did not feel like a therapeutic deep tissue massage; rather, it felt aggressive and uncomfortable. On multiple occasions, I informed her that what she was doing was painful, yet she continued without making meaningful adjustments. I was also disturbed to find that she moved my personal belongings from where I had left them without asking. Furthermore, she repeatedly dragged a collapsible stool across my hardwood floors, creating unnecessary noise and showing a lack of respect for my home. Overall, the session felt unprofessional, inattentive, and poorly executed. Instead of feeling relaxed, relieved, or cared for after the appointment, I left feeling physically uncomfortable, mishandled, and emotionally distressed. As a veteran receiving care through this program, I expect providers to demonstrate professionalism, respect for patient preferences, and basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I am submitting this review because I believe serious attention should be given to the quality of providers being assigned. My experience with Susan Davis was one of the worst therapeutic massage experiences I have ever had, and I do not wish to be scheduled with her again
