Products appear to be nice from online view. My issue was with the discount offered. I signed up for the discount/marketing but did not receive it on my order. It was just a little frustrating trying to navigate that. Thank you so much.

After asking several times how to use my store credit from a return, I followed the instructions exactly and still the expected pop up of my store credit didn’t appear and I was charged full price on that purchase. Turns out, my store credit hadn’t been connected to my email. You had my name, address and credit card numbers. I had been assured my returned was received.I pled for a refund instead of credit, and eventually, they gave me a full refund.

Thank you for your feedback. We've processed the refund directly to your order so there's no need to apply the store credit. We also got the confirmation that you received the refund, so we hope you're happy with this resolution. Please feel free to contact us in the future if you need anything else.

The item is too small for my wrist. Better info would have let me know in advance.

Question if the beads are real gems; clasps are difficult to manipulate [especially for those w/hand problems]; anklet broke right away. Disappointed ;o(

We guarantee that all the jewelry items you ordered are crafted using real, natural crystals. In the current marketplace, it is our mission to bring to our customers jewelry products with healing and grounding properties. We will definitely see if we can offer another option, replacing the clasp with something else that's more convenient. We will send you a replacement for the broken anklet. Feel free to contact our Customer Service if we can assist you further.
