The guidance provided to my unending avalanche of questions has been on point and very helpful. The team members whom I've "spoken" with are friendly, knowledgeable and very good at explaining topics which can be very siloed in nature. That in itself is an unusual skill in the industry! This company is geared towards photographers like myself. I had a previous site through Zenfolio years ago when it was more simple to use but now that I'm retired, many of the new features don't apply to my needs. It has become less intuitive in structure but their tech support is the better than any that I've experienced in years. They have real people that answer real questions.
