Zen Planner is such a great system. I'm enjoying using it. You can tell that they put a lot of work into the system by the ease of use. I used MindBody Online and WellnessLiving before making the switch to Zen Planner. Both systems was horrible. I was on there all day long. I do not need to be doing administration all day as a personal trainer. Zen Planner is not like that. You can set up your account and let it run Zen Planner. I needed a place that my clients could book sessions and pay for sessions in one dashboard. Zen Planner systems offers that and much more. The system gives you a lot of data sources that you can log information for your clients. The reports are great. You can even make your own reports. They have registration and calendar plugins to intergrate for your website. That does not come with every program on the market. The calendar feature is nice. It's easy to create and change memberships, and the checkout feature is fast. The best part about the Zen Planner is the staff. They are very pleasant. There's only a couple things that I wish Zen Planner had going for the system. 1. You cannot pay for retail at the same time that you pay for services. That was included in my previous systems. This would make the process a little quicker at checkout. Instead of doing separate transactions for services and products. 2. The other thing was they don't allow you to use your POS gateway access to their system. You have to go through Authorize.net. I'd suggest that they change that as well to carry the top 10-15 POS systems. Heartland should definitely be allowed to plug in. Other than that they are really good. Zen Planner is a great client management software! Their partnership with Pay Simple also makes CM and merchant services very affordable. The new staff app makes it VERY easy to check people in and sell retail goods. The only addition to that would be to allow discount codes to be used. I'd highly recommend Zen!

Are use Zen Planner for their business software I receive such great customer service and quality of work that I decided to rebuild my website using Zen Planner also

We are currently seeking another provider. There aren’t a lot of great options available but we’ve had double billing, accounts connected that shouldn’t be and many features promised that never happened within zenplanner. The customer service is usually good but in this last instance we’ve had a bad interaction which has caused us to really question zenplanner. Our admin spends 2 hours a week trying to make the software work for us or fixing things that have gone wrong. We asked for a small discount as a result of this work but have been denied. We will continue to look for other providers of gym software and plan to tell anyone that asks not to use zenplanner in the future. To zenplanner being right is more important than customer satisfaction which is not what we believe. We follow the directions given by the staff of zenplanner and often the result is not correct. It is beyond frustrating and we’ve already expressed this to them which they don’t care about.

the website does not handle "back" in the browser well at all. many functions seems spread across several different menus.

Being a business owner trying to get an edge on others in my industry, I believe customer service is where it's at. I appreciate that Zen Planner has great customer service. They are always very helpful and do their best to help.
