Exceptionally good intergration

Great value. Many features or not programmed to work with modern business applications and software. Little interest in improving when discussed with customer service.

Billing errors via ZP unacceptable - and I suspect you are lying about user error to cover your asses. I do not trust or like this service and am looking for alternatives. Sadly they all seem to have problems.

I can't even access this planner half the time. It's a waste of an icon space on my phone

Most of the function is pretty much self-explanatory. But sometimes I have to call the customer support center to figure out how to fix my problems.

Many Error Messages, Times Out While in Use, and Difficult to Pull Up Schedule for Multiple Locations without Refreshing on Each Click

Overall I feel positive about Zen Planner things that should be addressed immediately are the lack of ability to run a retail transaction along with a membership transaction so if somebody were to join and buy a uniform a t-shirt or gear I'd like to be able to do that in one transaction. With a more seamless integration. Continued working on the customer experience so for instance if a family with two or three siblings wanted to come to an event they could do that all at the same time and not have to do a separate transaction each time. Finally in regards to customer relation management since many martial arts schools are youth center business I'd like to have easier access to the parents names whenever I look at the child's account without having to click over to family so if I sign a kid in I can see on my end mom and dad's name maybe birthday information right away so I can have an easier time remembering names Etc.
