January, 2027 will be my 4 year anniversary of adding Zen Principles Marine Collagen to my morning coffee. I used to have my subscription through Amazon but as I no longer want to patronize that company I have switched to obtaining products directly from the manufacturer. Although I noticed several positive changes to my skin, nails (they grow fast and strong) and hair the most noticeable to others is my hair. I get lots of compliments about how shiny and thick my hair is, I’m in my 70’s. They always ask what products I use and I tell them I think the collagen powder is the biggest reason my hair is so healthy.

We started off buying Zen Principle collagen from Amazon but i found i could get a better price by buying their 5 pound jar directly from the company website. My husband and I mix it in with our coffee every morning. It mixes in so easily and does not change the taste. It actually decreases my appetite while hopefully making my bones stronger. Good price, good product, good customer service!

I had a total shoulder replacement about 3 years ago, and I still have a lot of residual stiffness and soreness with extended use. I have noticed an overall difference in not only my shoulder, but both knees, and a broken foot with the use of Zengelity's targeted bone and joint complex. I highly recommend it!
