I was disappointed that the part I ordered was not available, but pleased that it eventually showed up and pleased with the frequent updates regarding the status of the order.

I accidentally purchased the wrong finish for the product I needed initially and noticed right after the purchase went through. Upon noticing this I immediately reached out to customer service through the chat feature and the representative was able to cancel the order immediately and begin the refund process. I bought the correct finish and did not have to worry about having to deal with making a return after the incorrect purchase was sent out because they were able to handle it so quickly. My product shipped the same day I purchased it and arrived when they said it would.
