Jacob, I appreciate the feedback and understand your frustration. Typically orders are processed 1-2 days, but during the holiday rush this can get pushed higher. You ordered your hoodie 9 days ago and it would've gone out tomorrow morning as we finish getting over the holiday sale. While we continue to grow our team to meet the growing demand we're receiving, we are going to make up for it in customer service and product quality. Larry, Thanks for your feedback. The shipping times recently have definitely been delayed, which is just as frustrating for us as it is for you. We do our absolute best to keep up, but with the holidays upon us we have fallen a bit behind. The best way to get your orders quickly during this time is to pay for expedited shipping. We always do our expedited orders first and in full each day. Further, we are actively working toward beefing up our fulfillment team as best as we can. Howdy, We’re disappointed to hear this has been your experience. After reviewing the history of the order and the messages exchanged, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding along the way. Your first contact came through our automated system, and was later picked up by a member of our team. The original request we received was for a refund on a military discount, but at that time a chargeback had already been filed with your bank. Once a chargeback is opened, funds are pulled from our end immediately and we are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or make adjustments until the claim is resolved externally. You later stated that you no longer wished to shop with us and would return the order if it did arrive. We respect that choice fully. However, your claim that we sent hostile or threatening messages is not supported by our correspondence. At no point did we send or imply threats; our communication was limited to explaining the chargeback process and its limitations. To put it plainly: When a chargeback is filed, we legally cannot make further monetary changes to an order until the bank resolves the case. We are not refusing help, we are simply unable to act while the claim is open. We understand your frustration and we never want a customer feeling like they aren’t being taken care of. If the bank finds in your favor, you keep your refund. If not, we are happy to re-engage and work toward a resolution directly, no hostility, no drama. We appreciate your service, your time, and the chance to clear the air.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately you are right here that we are having some delays right now. We're actively working as quickly as possible to get over this holiday hump and are guaranteeing any orders up until December 18th will arrive before Christmas. If orders need to arrive faster, we recommend placing an order with our express shipping option which arrives in 2-3 business days.
