I love the simple honesty of the Zero Waste Outlet, it has been the answer to a lot of frustrations I have with other companies. Straightforwardness about costs and efficiencies, clear answers about materials, and good, useful product whose origins and plastic packaging/contents don't have to weigh on my conscience. 5 stars.

The products were just as described and pictured on the website, and the packaging was good and eco-friendly with paper padding.

So excited to try my new items! They were packaged beautifully in shredded paper and I loved the personal note. I look forward to ordering again soon!

I ordered two sets of reusable paper towels. They are thicker than another brand I had purchased previously, I like that. They work really well for what I need them for. They arrived within what seemed like a few days of ordering them. I like that too. Love the designs and colors. Will purchase again.
