Most of the items are wonderful. Some could use a little "tweaking" . I am very pleased with everything I've gotten. I think the paper towel replacements are far too big. When you grab a paper towel it's not for something big. So I wish they would rethink the paper towel replacements. The ones they have now are good for kitchen towels. I love their packaging.

Order came quickly and they even contact me to ask if I wanted a free product included in my shipment that I qualified for based on my purchase I didn’t realize. Products came well packaged with minimal waste.

Products seem good and customer service was amazing. They gave me a partial refund when the coupon code wasn't working on the website, and sent me a replacement of the silicone kitchen bags since one had a box cutter slice in it at no charge. Thank you!
