I was excited to try to change out a few of our more wasteful items. Shopping was easy on Zero Waste Outlet. Items arrived quickly and we are delighted with our new items. All were packaged very well. Will shop again!

My husband, my mother, and I discovered Zero Waste Outlet right before Christmas, and we'll be customers for life. Not only have we loved every product we've tried so far, we feel great about the choices we're making and the lesser impact they're having on our planet. Every dollar you spend should feel like a vote towards the future you want- and we are so thankful a place like this exists. They make it so you can literally order quality eco-friendly products without leaving your couch, so everyone is out of excuses! A+ products, kind owners, fast shipping, excellent customer service- everything you could possibly want.

I'm impressed with the quality of the item and appreciate the fact it will not create more plastic trash when I need to replace the brush head. Also, the personal touch of a note inside the box is great for encouraging customers to stick with a transition from disposable items to replaceable/recyclable items.

I have been very happy with the products I received from Zero Waste Outlet. When I have had questions regarding my account, Brian has responded quickly and helpfully. There were a few items I wanted that were out of stock, but I am assuming this is due to the holiday. I will continue to shop here for my zero waste needs.
