The product was exactly what was shown…
The product was exactly what was shown on the website. It was shipped and received quickly. The packaging was all recyclable or compostable! And I loved the little handwritten message on the sales slip.

We are glad you like the handwritten note and our packaging Crystal! My penmanship has improved since we started writing them, kinda a lost skill in this day and age. I hope to write you many more thank you notes on your zero waste journey!

Thank you, Brian!
Received my first order and found inside the box a carefully wrapped 'gift' of the products ordered. No bubble wrapped or extra filler. And inside that was a handwritten note welcoming me to Zero Waste. Humans! Actual humans apparently handle the orders. Oh, and the products themselves help me wash dishes just fine without soap from a plastic bottle ... and some cool stuff for washing my face, too. I'm hooked!

Glad you like our packaging Nancy! We feel that each order is a "care package" and we use our paper when we can to wrap several products together so they are more secure. We could do it faster, but we think anyone who is a customer of ours deserves to know that we care about them and that we value their trust in us. Thanks for your support!

Super fast delivery of my first order…
Super fast delivery of my first order and all is just as described: love the bamboo soap dish for my Dish Block and the scrubbing brushes for pots and for vegetables. Owner Brian's personal emails as follow-up are a plus, too--makes me doubly happy to support this company and its good work to respect our plane Earth.

Phenomenal company in every aspect
I am incredibly impressed with this company! I first discovered them and it seemed they were quite new with minimal reviews etc. They have a beautiful mission-eco conscious products and reasonable prices so everyone can make a more environmentally sound purchase. Their website is lovely, super fast shipping, beautiful packaging. I feel so happy to be able to find all the things they offer at a great price and without having to shop on Amazon. Thank you guys!

Thanks Naiyana! Your positive words are so appreciated and considerate. I especially like your mention of the beautiful packaging. I take great pride in making sure we use the smallest package and the least amount of fillers. Even if it's recyclable and/or biodegradable, it's still nice to not use as much of it. Amazon is one of the reasons we started ZWO. Living in the country, we used to order a ton of stuff from Amazon and the amazing amount of waste they generate from their packaging was gross! Thanks for your support and kind review!

Thanks Amanda! You're great! It was good talking to you on the phone. It's always nice to get to know other eco-conscious people that think the same way. I hope you are enjoying your Swag Bags.
