I started using the products a few weeks ago and they taste pretty good. However, I only just started being good about my meal planning this week. So hopefully I will start to see results soon.

Zhou Collagen Peptides seems to be a very good product. I have been taking it for over a month now and my muscle tone seems better and my leg cramps have lessened quite a bit. So I will keep purchasing it because it makes me feel better.
