I was so exited with this chair for a few weeks, the turning, the reverse, the speed. You can’t carry anything with you, your pet or purse because it takes both hands and arms to maneuver however I felt that was my bad because I could plainly see that’s how it worked from their videos. And then I ordered another 600$ battery from journey so I would feel super safe away from home. Made sure both were charged always, both checked and used once a week or so. A few months in I went to use it with the charger clearly showing green light charged. Chair is dead. Neither battery worked shop says batteries are bad. I purchased straight from journey. Batteries, one with chair and one separately from the chair are not guaranteed at all. One with chair I must have let it run dead because it’s showing 3v and should NEVER show 3v. It was fully charged when I took it around the block 10 days prior. They don’t care and anyways if I was storing it in the garage and they got hot they go bad and sorry about that, goodbye.

The Zinger chair is a tremendous aid to me now that I have limited mobility. It is responsive, has variable speeds, turns on a dime, and fits under an ordinary desk or table. Operating the Zinger requires two hands so little else can be carried except in a backpack on the back of the chair. The storage basket is so small it is a joke, and must be removed every time the Zinger is folded up. The electric motor is direct drive onto the surface of the rear tires. Slippage wears the tire tread down to the threads quickly. As a result the two rear tires need to be replaced every few months at over $100 for materials and two hours of labor. If the sidewalks are wet, the direct drive spins uselessly on the damp tire, and the Zinger is incapable of moving. The weight (just shy of 50 lbs.) of the folded up chair is a little much for a small or elderly attendant to manage when loading into a van or trunk. The backup alarm is very annoying, but not especially a fault. In general, the Zinger has been a useful tool for mobility when the occupant's shoulders are too compromised to use in a regular self-propelled wheelchair.

Get along great in it!

This has been excellent for my mobility issues. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was when I purchased the chair the weight limit I was told was 300 lb when I received the chair I read in two different places that the weight limits were less than 300 lb and upon calling customer service I was told that the weight limit is between the two that are listed in the owner's manual and not 300 lb. Luckily I am within 10 lb of those limitations in the owner's manual and I should be okay. One of the reasons I chose to purchase this chair was because of the weight limit and the ease-of-use. This has made it possible for me to be able to go places and do things I could never do comfortably or even at all before. I would definitely recommend this

Love the chair! Has provided a great improvement for his quality of life. Only feedback is there were no instructions included and when it was delivered it was just left on the porch without requiring any notice or signature which seemed odd for such an expensive item.

Only complaint is it is heavier than I expected.

Good and easy traveling...

well so far the chair has been a blessing for my husband, and I am so grateful that I was able to pay for it over time because it would have been hard to come up with that much money all at once. The delivery of the chair was very quick, and it is easy to operate and set up just like they said in the vedio
