You should be able to also text reply STOP to the number you are receiving the text from to opt out of receiving any offers from the restaurants.

Zingmyorder.com not good. They didn’t allow character entry for order name, just numbers. Also why do I need to name my order? Didn’t label clearly that I ordered two items so restaurant only delivered one. App is also generally slower than other ordering apps. Also making me sign in to leave a review, bad.

Please do send more details on what you were trying to enter as we have not encountered a situation where customers can only put in numbers for their name. Names are required to help communicate whose order it is and is an industry standard on how most restaurants operate. If you can send more information on the order details we can look to see how only 1 item was sent. You can also reach out to our support team to get any refunds as well. I have LifeLock as well and also just received a notification that my information has been leaked onto the dark web via zingmyorder.com. I never actually used Zingmyorder. Site is not secure.

An item was missing from my order. Due to their delayed response I was not refunded by the restaurant. I continue to advocate for a refund and have time stamped emails / calls to validate timeline. Beware and do not use this company to order food online!

Order cancellation refunds are processed immediately and seen in 2-3 business days. Missing item orders refunds are accepted or rejected by the restaurant on the tablet. Restaurants use zingmyorder to manage their online ordering and marketing.

On May 26, 2025, a database related to the Zingmyorder.com website was found circulating the web. The potential data leak reportedly occurred on December 24, 2024. Almost 628 thousand email addresses were exposed, together with personal, location and credential data. Leaked records include address, date of birth, password hash, name, gender, phone number and Parent email address. I contacted them to verify this information and I received an email that said they have blocked my email address. That was their solution after investigation.

We do not see any support tickets sent from the email provided either. Can you share the exact email you received the email from our team or used to register/place an order with zingmyorder?
