Brakes were all the way to the bottom I did report this to a representative. I almost hit a car in front of me. Brakes would lock up most times due to having to push them so far down. Other than that, all else was fine. Thanks

Delivery of golf cart was late, however they moved the return time back and we were lucky enough to get a late checkout from our hotel. There was no communication upon delivery or explanation about how to use locks with codes. We happened to run into a guy delivering the following day who helped us. Communication about the delivery delay was good after I called. It would be better of their was a drop off tutorial and status checks on delivery window.

Definitely enjoyed it when it finally came. My reservation was for 9:30am. Apparently they didn’t load it for delivery until that time. It finally made it to my condo (in OBX) after 11am. I heard 3 different excuses so I don’t really know what the hold up was. They sure did pick it up at exactly the reserved time though. Otherwise we had a great time with it.

Honest folks with a great product. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the golf cart, because the locality recommend evacuation for all non-residents, at the onset of our vacation. They stuck to their guns and refused to offer any sort of compensation, not even a credit toward future use...

We really liked having the golf cart delivered to our condo (Jamaica Royale). However, we were a bit disappointed that we weren’t offered the better version of the golf cart. Had we known the other carts had better wheels and better quality, would have ordered that. The golf cart was quite loud and had a very bumpy ride (perhaps due tit he quality of the tires)

The vehicle was in good shape & ran well! The negative rating was because… The vehicle was dropped off way too early !! we didn’t even check in yet !! & the most disappointing was … No one went over ANY instructions on how to use the vehicle, where to find the key … nothing ! Plus !!!! NO written instructions Left on the vehicle either!!!

Not worth the price. Very expensive for no difference then others. Suppose to executive and it was basic. The up charges add up very quickly. We were suppose to get discount for AMI partners but they just added charge that negated it out.
