I have had this scooter for years. It arrived without the manual. Which should have been inside of the storage. No manual? No ride. I have only used for a backup when my gas one is broke down. Company has refused to provide the missing manual. If it ever needs work, the manual with diagrams is needed.
I would recommend avoiding them. Had I known ahead of time that no manual would be provided, I would NOT have ordered it.
Otherwise there is no back light or license plate lite nor any place to plug one in. So technically not street legal here. And range is closer to 20 than 60 miles .

Vendor fight review more than providing what was promised.
Harmful or illegal content, what are we living on mainland China?
I told the truth, and I stated I'd adjust the review, when the commitments made at the time of sale are upheld.
Still waiting, there was nothing illegal or harmful. If you make a commitment to provide a cover, blue tooth speaker, book rack, after all these months (7) you would think they would respond in a positive manner. It's not harmful to tell the truth, well unless it makes your company look bad. Yet that is the point of a review right, welcome to free speech and the free market.
If you put the effort into providing the goods and services you claim to provide, then you would not need to fight so hard to hide poor reviews.
Oh, it's also woefully underpowers if you have any hills to climb, wound up walking it up the hills here at West Point, an 8 mile round trip, with a full charge, then three days of charging to get it up to 75V, then it would not take any more charge.

Thanks again for taking the effort to write another review.
But your content was flagged because you repeatedly LIED about the scooter. This is what you wrote which was untrue and what was flagged:
"Don't buy this thing!!!!
17.6 miles, fully charged not running. Worked through the troubleshooting guide, nope, not running. No support, no honoring of the sales package. I'd like to return. Folks, don't buy this item, poor product followed by worse service."
First, You never read the startup instructions on our website to learn to charge the scooter properly, so the scooter was never charged after you got it. So it was NOT fully charged like you said. That is why it was not running due to no charge in the batteries.
Secondly, you said no support from us, but our tech support person helped you on the phone to find out the exact reason why it was not charged the whole time because you had a BAD outlet all along, and you did not even know that.
Finally, the Scooter is now working properly after we taught you how to charge it properly.
Again, you still have NOT read or followed our charging instructions online. You are not supposed to charge the batteries for more than 10 hours at a time, and you just mentioned you were charging it for 3 days; this will definitely DAMAGE the batteries quickly. Please don't do that.
Also, our website specifically states to avoid riding on steep hills and that will significantly decrease the range, which is simple physics. You will spend alot more energy running up a steep hill as a person too compared to running on a flat surface.
Please carefully read and follow the startup instructions right away to keep the scooter in good shape and for safety reasons.
Thanks again and stay healthy.

great scooter, poor cust service
I first purcased a zoom scooter at the end of last summer. It took about 6 weeks to arrive, then my husband tried to purchase a box for it, after several months it still hadn't arrived, after multiple attempts to contact them, they finally responded via email, said it was never sent and returned the money.
On April 17, I ordered another zoom scooter (along with 2 storage boxes and racks), its now august 24, and still hasn't arrived. I realize shipping takes longer by freight, but over 4 months is way too long to wait. They finally responded when I wrote a negative review and let me know where it was (that was over a month ago), they did offer to refund the money, but I really wanted another scooter (for my hubby). Ive since emailed and called to find out if they would track it again, but they never respond. It does make me wonder how the warranty would work if they are that bad at responding. They really need to figure out a better way to ship these things, so frustrating!!!
