10XBNB was officially founded in March 2022, but our story started long before that. Our founders, best friends Ari Rahmanian and Shaun Ghavami, met while attending University of British Columbia. Shaun went on to work in the banking sector while Ari pursued medicine… only to both find themselves completely unfulfilled and lost in the corporate system. They knew if they did nothing and followed the same path as everyone around them, they’d be spending 40-60 hours a week in an office cubicle, shackled to one location in the world and working hard to make someone else rich and happy. Then in 2017, Shaun was introduced to Airbnb by a coworker. He was skeptical, but after investigating things further he realized the opportunity was too big to pass up. So Shaun spent any free time he had to educate himself on everything Airbnb. Especially, how to get started in Airbnb without owning any property. After making a lot of mistakes along the way, Shaun pioneered business systems that allowed him to make a living from other people's properties. By providing a valuable service to landlords. He recruited Ari to help him grow the business, and they now have 24 properties. Shaun and Ari have climbed the Airbnb Everest and operate within the top 0.1% of all Airbnb practitioners.Friends kept asking them how they were living with so much time-freedom, so they told them what they were doing and began sharing their system. 10XBNB sprang out of the groundswell of demand for Shaun & Ari to share their method with a wider audience. So that all across North America, total beginners could start their own Airbnb business, even if they don't own any property whatsoever.JOIN 10XBNB!

The 10XBNB course has actionable and practical content and is very thorough. Shaun and Ari are clearly experienced and also genuine in their desire to assist us in getting deals. The Facebook community and weekly zoom calls and support makes me feel like I’m getting what I paid for.

Being my 2nd week into this program has taught me so much about the industry and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the program has in store for me. I am in the process of building my website and paying for business cards and almost ready to source some units. In my coaching call today with Ari I soaked up so much more information!! This is the start of something big for me and my family. Long term financial stability and wealth is the goal. This program will get me there!

10xBNB I'm excited to learn the nature of this business. In 5 weeks I've learned a lot and yet so much more to learn. I have to admit there are times of feeling overwhelmed, however, when Shaun implemented a 3-day live weekly training class, that help me gain a better perception, knowledge, and clearer understanding. (With the course modules) I will encourage all students to join the live training and get involved as much as possible. Having hands on with Shaun, as well as with other advanced students, you learn so much more. Shaun’s and Ari’s knowledge, wisdom, and experience, we are learning from the best 10xBNB coaches. The live trainings are structured to prepare us to be our very best. We practice pitching different business models, landlords, owners, and management pitching, training on different platforms, steps on how to utilize the income calculator, knowing the market you are in, the importance of knowing the laws and regulations of your targeted market, and so much more. 10xBNB program works. We are all on this journey together. Congratulations!

I joined 10XBNB in June 2022 and after months of watching the modules several times each, I began to put in the work. I followed the scripts/videos and stayed positive and persistent. In October 2022 I landed 2 deals, 80k revenue, 40k profit. Thank you Shaun and Ari for your amazing leadership, patience and professionalism.
