My mom purchased this program for me as a birthday gift hoping it would encourage me to break into real estate. The course is laid out with a step by step blueprint so that even someone like me could follow along and begin to execute. 1 month in and I have already lined up several properties to start bed flipping.

At first glance, 10XBNB may seem like another high ticket Internet gimmick whose mission is to over-promise and under-deliver. They have abundance mindsets and are gracious enough to share their knowledge with all of their students, including me. Within the course, you learn how to build a business from the ground up, how to sell your services to landlords, all the way to how to operate the business once you land a deal. 10XBNB takes you from the bare bones beginning to the wild success that is the short-term-rental market! Now, three months into the program, I have had nothing but opportunities and support systems to lead me on my journey to success. First, getting to meet Shaun and Ari and have a 1-on-1 with them to figure out my market and the best game plan. Second, an engaging Facebook community where we can all share experiences and ask questions to which Shaun and Ari provide valuable feedback. Next, an opportunity to attend numerous group coaching calls every week. Lastly, I landed a deal within 60 days of joining the program! That's just the first of many with a support system like 10XBNB. If you are looking to get into the real estate game and don't know how or are afraid to take the plunge, this course is BUILT FOR YOU! In my personal opinion, each individual module is more valuable than a four year degree. The only thing I wish I had done differently with 10XBNB is I wish I had joined sooner!

I’m so grateful I found 10xbnb, the knowledge I have learned from this course is unmatched. At first I was hesitant to begin the training, I felt unskilled and overwhelmed to start something new. However thanks to 10xbnb not only do I now have the tools and resources necessary to grow my business but I feel more confident than ever in my ability to perform at a high level! During my basement renovation I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to differentiate my Airbnb from the competition and through this course I gained the understanding of creating a niche offering based on a unique design theme. The 10XBNB program and Ari/Shaun is literally the best thing that has ever happened to me. Just like everyone out there I was desperate to become financially free and this program has allowed me to do so in a relatively short amount of time. Using all of the resources in the program I was able to land my first deal and have my first guests check in within 6 weeks. I reached out to about 10 before signing that first contract and a lot of them I actually could have signed, but the income calculator wasn’t showing the profits I was looking for. I now have 3 units signed, each one of them bringing in over 10k per month EACH! My next step is to start buying properties to add to my portfolio (Can’t wait!!!) The members, the coaches, the support is amazing. Everyone is in there with similar goals and everyone is positive, helpful, and motivating. If you ever have questions/need help, simply ask and you shall receive. I don’t know how Ari/Shaun have the time to support their students the way they do, but they are always present for every single student. The weekly calls are extremely helpful and after your first call with them you can immediately see how knowledgeable they really are. If you are motivated to get away from the daily 9-5 grind and find a business model that actually works with mentors that truly care, then this is the program for you. I have a basement that I wanted to generate a side income from and with this program I realized I can generate 100k/yr from my basement! My first week on Airbnb I brought in $4300 covering my entire month of mortgage! These guys have expanded my mind on what’s possible and now all my friends want me to run their Airbnb’s.
