My experience with customer service made this 5 stars. I purchased a dining table and there was an issue with my order. There's an assigned customer service representative who followed up with my order from the beginning to the end. She was reliable and was able to offer solutions to solve the issue. Thank you!

Beautiful couches. Delivery was prompt, and the unboxing/installation took less than 30 minutes for our large sectional. We were supposed to a get a free night stand with our order though that never came. A little disappointed but overall happy with the product we purchased.

I was nervious about buying this Sectional on line without seeing it first but went ahead after reading all in info included. It turned out to be a great experience! I bought the sandwich sectional in Camel leather. It looks feels fabulous!! Delivery was as promised and it was very easy to put it together.it is very wide and requires more pillows but easy fix! Communication has been excellent, I highly recommend this product and company. Go For It. Bruce T

Overall, we liked the sofa instead of giving it all the five stars but while setting it up we noticed there were 4 bolts per leg but it missed one of the bolts at one of corners that we had forced to ignore it and used only three of them. We are a little bit disappointed but we decided to keep it and hope it won't cause any issue down the line.

Sincere apologies for the confusion caused. There supposed to be 3 screws. The reason they drill 4 holes because they want to provide additional room to adjust where we install the legs. The couch is exactly as described on the website. When I was purchasing I had a difficult time finding the option for white glove delivery but when I responded to the email I received one back by a real person who got it all set up for me. The delivery men were extremely respectful fast and kind they removed all of the trash and were quick but thorough. The couch is extremely comfortable and just what I was expecting from the description. With the amazing customer service I received and the quick delivery and the comfort of the couch I really do feel the company, the customer service and the couch earned the 4 stars.

We bought this couch knowing not much about the company or their products. We had just moved into our new home and our old couch did not fit anymore. We love the new couch! It’s perfect for my toddlers and dog. I can remove all the cloth and wash and dry it which makes my life so much easier!
