Sofa dimensions are perfect. Color is as expected. Delivery was easy and on time. Set up was easy. Only issue is the leather is crazy slippery never seen anything like it. Seems like some kind of wax is likely used on top. But no one wants to sit on it you slide right off.

Ordered a single seater and three seater sandwich sectionals with ottomans in black. Sales team was informative on shipping updates. There was a minor shipping damage on one of the sofas. Service team did a great job communicating and remediating the damage to satisfaction. The sofas were delivered in four separate boxes. Easily carried by two people up to second floor. The sandwich sectionals are deep, soft and extremely comfortable. More relaxing than my bed. Air leather feels great. Won’t hesitate to order more or recommend to others. Top notch service and quality. Go for it, you won’t regret your choice.

Follow up review: Do not purchase from this company! After leaving a review on my sandwich sofa voicing my complaints, a representative from the company reached out to me asking me to remove my review in exchange for new cushions. Unfortunately, I never received the cushions or a response after 5 days. My couch has been consistently leaking feather because the cushions are not properly lined. They asked me to send photos of my couch and said my couch “appeared” normal because as the feathers poke through, we have to pull them out. We have lost a large amount of feathers and it is extremely uncomfortable to sit down and have feathers constantly poke you. This company is a fraud and extremely rude. I left a review on their home website and it never was posted so their reviews are not accurate. Do not waste your money on 25home!

Please never buy from here. I saw their furniture first on Sammy Furrah's youtube channel. I assumed they were good to be honest the furniture they have online is awesome but their customer service is horrible. Chronology of events 1. Pushed me to buy 2. Realized delivery date is after a month 3. Tried to contact them (THERE IS NOT WAY TO CONTACT THEM APART FROM AN EMAIL) 4. Still awaiting their response The pushiness that they gave when I ordered is not there when I want to cancel Inspite of me loving their furniture I can say I hate their customer service However, if I find a smooth resolution I will come back and update my negative review Newly Added information:- They gave the refund I hope their logistics get better because the products are truly good looking

The wrong furniture was delivered. Then the delivery guy comes and picks up the wrong item on a Sunday and says he’ll be back first thing Monday with the correct furniture. I take the day off to make sure we get the correct item this time. I contact him first thing Monday to confirm the delivery. He tries to tell me it’ll be Tuesday now. After I become upset and contact customer service again does the delivery guy contact me and says he’s on the way. He finally arrives on Monday afternoon and drops our couch off and leaves. For the price of the couch I expected better service.
