PacificReviews of 2pacific.com

When I found out the shipping address was wrong after complete online order, I called the seller to correct it, they were able to help me out right away.

太平洋職員很細心和耐性解釋其產品，有問有答，安裝日師傅又很準時到達，工作很乾淨俐落。我非常滿意。

Good service

Explanation of products in details with demonstration at the store and also after installation of my hood. Excellent service at the time of purchase and installation of the hood.

Service was great. Very professional. Matthew was super helpful and patient. He even came with the 2 in house installers for the installation. I had an expensive Wolf range hood but did not live up to the brand name...loud and frequent shut off due to over heating sensor. Just got installed today and this new range hood seems be much more powerful yet quieter. Looking forward to using this for many years to come...esp doing more chinese cooking.

Good product support, extended warranty, friendly technician to help install the range hood for free.

Technician did a good job installing hood. Very professional.

On time as scheduled and installation was quick and efficient. The exhaust fan performs great.
