Good service. Need better estimate.
We used this mover in Feb 2025. What went well: The moving team worked very well and the relocation was done professionally. Their packaging was good as well and communication was smooth. What could be improved: The initial estimate and actual bill was different by a relatively big margin. I have moved a number of times in past and my preferred mover is always a different company. This is the first time I used 495movers based on low cost estimate. But the actual bill came out higher. I felt that the company was trying to get the customers by providing lower estimate, but at the time of acutual billing the amount gets higher.
