Ordered a Panasonic LUMIX. Time sensitive, but I’m alright. 12 days and 3 phone calls (all of which were dropped or spent 40+ minutes on hold) later, I’m told that the camera is not in stock (as I’m being told that they don’t have it, I’m able to log on to their website and place the camera in my shopping cart.) Customer service reps were understanding - order fulfillment nonexistent.

When I called to get a RMA for a mistake that I made the customer service was good. I was promised a RMA ticket. I did not get it immediately but when I called back they were very apologetic and sent out the RMA immediately. I will use 4k4less again.
