Awful company that attempts to force you into a subscription annual at a ridiculous rate. Uncooperative while seeking to cancel services.

I did an annual subscription and stopped using it after a very short time. Of course I completely forgot and then received an email on July 5th USA time saying they were going to charge me on 6 July. I have time stamped to email showing this. I immediately contacted them through email and canceled the subscription on 5 July (again USA time). I received an email from “Lily” very early in the morning on 6 July, which indicates this is an overseas company, probably in Asia. They charged my card anyway. Saying they charged it on 6 July but my credit card company clearly shows it was the 5th. The company simply refuses to issue a refund or see reason. Their employees accused me of being unprofessional for simply being truthful and unemotional. They use predatory practices to lock people into subscriptions banking on the customer forgetting. Then refuse refunds based on their policy. When I asked for it to be escalated, they claim that there’s no new information and they won’t help. Whatever foreign company this is, they simply enjoy taking advantage of Americans. I’ve reported them to my credit card company, which is investigating. Run away from this terrible company. I’m almost certain that the other reviews on this site are completely fake.
