Working with Shane who did my intake, he explained the process well and continues to answer my questions as they come up. So far, I see the program working and I hope to see my credit score go up within a year of enrollment. Will write another review then.

Austin called me to try and give me a loan and came back with some repayment option that will report on your credit report that you went into a negotiation and only paid half of what is owed on your credit cards etc. When I told him absolutely not he got an attitude and hung up on me twice. Please watch what your doing with these crooks.
