As others have stated, this company gives you the run around. I have had to call no less than 7 or 8 times now for the same bill that they said they would fix but it still hasn’t been fixed. I keep speaking to different reps and being transferred 50 times just for them to tell me it will take 4-6 weeks to fix their mistakes and when I call back a few weeks later to check, I get a different reason and that it will take another 4-6 weeks again. This bill should’ve been fixed already and it has been months! Another odd thing is that they will not allow me to take a phone survey about my experience and it keeps hanging up on me when I try - almost like they know they will get a bad review and won’t allow it. Stay away from this pharmacy if possible!

They are ridiculous. Please if your doctor recommends a medication from this company please request another one. They promise to update information and they don’t. They promise call backs and they don’t. I have missed two doses of my Cosentyx and I am experiencing a nasty flare up. This is actually causing me mental distress. I look crazy. I am going to work with my doctor to get off this medication and no longer use them to service my needs.

Accredo Pharmacy has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’m supposed to receive my medication every 8 weeks, yet here we are in June and I still have not received it. My last prescription was received in September 2025, and since then there has been no reliable continuation of my medication schedule. Not only was there a complete lack of communication and follow-up regarding my prescription, but their customer service has been beyond frustrating and unhelpful. Because of their negligence and delays, I am now dealing with a flare-up that could have been prevented if they had done their job properly. Patients should not have to chase down life-sustaining medications or suffer because of poor management and terrible customer service.

I called to see where my automatic prescription refill was. I was told it was put on hold, until my 4 week loading dose was completely used. it’s a weekly shot that was originally shipped 5 weeks ago. then i was told , they will call me to schedule a delivery day… this makes no sense at all! worst specially pharmacy i’ve ever used. the customer service representatives are hard to understand.

Accredo calls and texts me daily, bordering on harassment, to refill my prescription, which I would be delighted to do, but it's all just a tease. Each time I call, an agent who apparently has no access to the records from my six previous calls about this single order cannot actually order the prescription I was told to call and order because it's still processing. Or maybe there's another problem. They don't seem to have a definitive answer on anything. Maybe it's covered by your insurance. Maybe it was denied. Maybe you need a prior authorization. Maybe you'll need to pay out of pocket. Maybe it's been cancelled. We don't know. We just read the script, ask you the same questions again and again, and will need to have you call again tomorrow, so we can do this all again. Every damn time.

I have been waiting 2 months for the first delivery of an injection for my knee that should have taken one week. I have called in and spent 30 to 45 minutes on the phone three or four different times, and I am told the same thing over and over again that because I am updating my insurance it will be 10 to 12 days before shipment occurs of the medication. I have never updated my insurance as it has never changed and I can never get anyone to actually complete and ship this order to my doctor. The prescription was written at the end of March. It is now the end of May and I still have not yet received this medication. No one one of the many people I have spoken to at accredo care in the slightest about filling my prescription. No one will even listen to the fact that it has been almost 2 months and they still haven't filled it once.

Stay away from these people. Terrible service no transparency. They send highly expensive drugs without revealing cost. I was actually told they couldn’t tell me how much the drug costs until it was filled and shipped. $2,990.00 a month. They know people cant pay that every month but if they can just get one shipment to as many people as possible they still make money. More importantly, they failed to disclose a black box warning (boxed label) only recently removed. Even the manufacturer indicates in their advertising that they don’t know whether the drug causes a specific cancer in humans. Completely undisclosed.

Wish I could give Accredo Pharmacy zero stars. Their customer service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. Every representative I spoke with seemed uninformed and provided inaccurate information. I even received text messages with incorrect details. For example, I was told my copay would be $3,622.78, when in reality it was actually $0. I tried calling to get the issue corrected, but no one seemed to know what was going on. After finally getting it resolved, I was assured my medication would arrive the following week. That didn’t happen. Instead, I received another text saying my prescription still needed to be filled and that I needed to call again. Once again, I contacted customer service and could barely understand the representative. She was reading outdated notes and couldn’t connect me with the right person to fix the problem. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use this pharmacy. If you do have a choice, I strongly recommend avoiding Accredo Pharmacy.
