Zero stars. My app has always worked on my Samsung android phone until the update the weekend of 8/1/26. It won't let me access my account and I have wasted at least 4 hours of my day today going from person to person to get my problem taken care of. What did they finally tell me? The app was UPDATED AND NOW YOU NEED AN IPHONE. No I dont because my money goes toward my mom's cancer treatment and not an expensive phone to just get your app. Consideration was never given to people who already have phones that work!!!!!!@

I dread dealing with Accredo. Their new AI phone tree makes it worse. It now takes even longer to get through to someone who knows what I’m talking about. It’s really horrendous that contact center agents don’t have rudimentary clinical training. I find myself having to explain to them how the system works, and end up on hold waiting for a supervisor.

The service is so incompetent that it MUST be intentional and systemic - to prevent you from getting your prescription filled. It feels like a shell operation.

Accredo is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was prescribed a maintenance drug in January for a skin condition. After the 1st loading dose, every single shipment has been held up due to missing "prior authorization." Apparently a PA my doctors told me expires 12/31 and auto renews on the 1st of the year expired in July 2026, according to Accredo. Even though they assured me verbally over the phone 2 months ago that my next shipment was approved.

Terrible. They call and text excessively and unnecessarily, several times a week, and for no reason. They waste my time on a phone call every week or two, to reconfirm all of the same information that they have and has not changed. They are great at bothering and wasting the time of patients and not actually just providing medication that is prescribed. They need a complete overhaul of their processes and metrics to support customer satisfaction. Please just let me pick up the prescription at CVS--it would save me hours a month of pestering from this company.

Honestly, Accredo is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Their organization is chaotic, their communication is practically nonexistent, and even the simplest issue becomes an exhausting ordeal. The dysfunction behind the scenes is obvious in every interaction. When people depend on timely, reliable access to medication, this level of disorganization isn’t merely inconvenient - it’s unacceptable. I cannot understand how doctors or insurance companies continue to recommend or require patients to use a company that makes an already stressful healthcare process so much harder. Avoid Accredo if you have any choice.

It should be 0, absolutely worst everything, customer service, account system, supervisors, literally everything is awful but of course insurance dictates that we must go through them for my daughter's medicine.

I’m not sure how they have the ability to fill prescriptions and have people depend on them. If your doctor suggests this pharmacy I would highly recommend doing the research and seeking other options. Not only was my son’s medication delayed a full week, they then forgot to send the most important part to administer the medication. Called immediately (8am in the morning) and was promised I would have next day shipping. Fast forward to the “next day” at 230pm I go to look for a tracking number of some sort and instead was shocked to see “this medication is ready to be refilled please call to set up a delivery.” They did nothing at all to rectify the situation instead told me the best we can do is get it delivered 3 days from now.
