Three times Action came - three times it failed - to eliminate bedbugs from my home. Each time its dog barked at the presence of the bedbugs. When I called to complain of the immense preparation and the failure of the company to achieve ANYTHING, I was told that I could sue them - but they would not come again - nor offer a refund.

Sorry for your experience, according to the account record, the proper preps were not completed which makes it virtually impossible to eliminate the infestation. Nevertheless, we did return with the dog and no evidence was found upon re-inspection. Additionally, our dogs don't bark when alerting to bed bugs, you may be thinking of another company, they are trained to sit. Regardless, I am having my quality control manager contact you. Thanks for your feed back.

He did a very thorough job during the inspection and asked the right questions. Fortunately he didn't find any problems...
