I first found Adam in November 2023 after yet again failing to get a date with someone where the interest was initially very high for both of us. Until she lost interest suddenly. Adam helped me get started on my attachment journey after a wonderful consultation and an invitation to join his Attachment Circle community. Since joining I have learned how to approach relationships differently and how to not be so afraid of what I want. I have also learned how to relax and not be so attached to outcomes in any interaction with anyone. My life has been so much more peaceful from all that I have learned from Adam!
I have been working with his attachment coach Jeremy since November of last year. Jeremy is every bit as great as Adam is. He has been patient, understanding, and has been a great source of accountability and helping me practice becoming more secure and healthy in my attachment. Without the help of Adam, Jeremy, and the Attachment Circle community, I would still be lost and not knowing practical steps to take to become less anxious about finding romantic love or in tense situations or conversations. You won't regret getting help here!

Quickly Transformed Anxious-Avoidant Relationship
Ladies with anxious or disorganized attachement style, this is for you. I first learned about attachment styles about a decade ago after having left a severely-traumatizing marriage and realizing that I needed to slow down and do some deep healing work. At that time, I encountered the "either anxious OR avoidant" dichotomy and determined that I was more anxiously-attached than avoidant. A couple of years later, feeling solid and secure, I decided that I was ready to open my life to a partner. I met a good man who demonstrated none of the deal-breaking red flags for which I was screening, but right away, it was clear that he was avoidantly-attached. I felt discomfort in recognizing the anxious-avoidant dance as it began, but this man's character, transparency, and precious heart made me want to give him a chance. I spoke with the trauma therapist I'd seen and he encouraged me to stick with the relationship and see if my mostly-secure attachment might eventually help my new partner to feel more secure as well. The dance went on and on for more than 6 years. Even though I was mindful about not triggering my partner's avoidance, I managed to do so continually. We were mostly happy, but the conflicts were too frequent and my nervous system was triggered into fight-flight mode so often that I was feeling anxious and unwell much of the time. I'd been watching Adam's content on YouTube for a couple of years to try and learn more about how to manage interactions with an avoidant man and they'd helped, but I was verging on crisis and on the fence about whether to continue or leave the relationship while also recognizing that some of the conflict was the result of my triggered attachment wounds. I was not entirely comfortable with the cost of the program, but my options were 1) Spend the money to get the help I need to heal my own attachment wounds and learn the skills to relate well to my partner, or 2) Spend the same amount of money on renting my own space, likely ending the relationship and just living with the attachment wounds as they were. Obviously I chose the first option and just two months into the six-month program, life is so much easier and happier. Alyssa is my coach and she has been absolutely amazing. In our first session, she determined that my attachment style is actually 'disorganized' rather than anxious, which was eye-opening for me and provided a new lens through which I now analyze my own responses to triggers. Alyssa listens intently and offers a constructive suggestion for every concern. I needed the words -- nuanced to soothe rather than trigger my partner's wounds -- and I needed advice for how to get out from underneath the pressures of feeling like I carry the entire burden of healing in the relationship. Alyssa has given me both and more. Literally after one coaching session, I saw and felt a difference in the relationship dynamic. Week-to-week, we're building on previously-learned skills and truly, 8 weeks in, I am astounded that this relationship was ever in crisis. My partner clearly feels safer and more at ease with and around me, and he's solidly in his protective, providing, masculine energy so that I can relax and walk softly in the feminine. I'm so glad I decided to give this program a try and look forward to continuing to learn and grow, both individually and hand-in-hand with my partner.
My one and only little irritation is that I don't find the group calls useful. The 1-on-1 coaching has been phenomenal but I don't feel like I'm deriving a benefit from listening to others with insecure attachment mull over their issues in a group setting. I wish this program would offer JUST coaching and reduce the price accordingly.

Review only based on onboarding process
I appreciated Adam’s YouTube content and inquired about coaching services. My first point of contact in the screening process was Elise, and she was quite personable and kind. During the screening process, somewhat personal information is shared is assess a potential client, which is understood. I was moved onto the second stage of onboarding, with was a call with Lukas. During this stage, more personal information was shared, which for me was difficult - rehashing and recalling painful experiences are for most people, especially to someone I don’t know. Having been in sales myself before, I recognized the sales tactics such as identifying the problem (solution selling) and all that goes with that that was being used. When we got to the price and payment portion, the price did not deter me, but only accepting non-credit card payments did. I own a business, and having cash reserves and responsibly utilizing credit is an important part of my business financial strategy. Large recurring debit (cash payments) are not within my boundaries. As someone struggling with codependency and boundary issues, the sales tactic process was very upsetting and left me in tears. I felt like my personal boundaries were being pushed too hard, and did express that in the phone call. It would have been helpful to know what forms of payments or other business terms prior to telling a stranger personal struggles, and then having those struggles used as leverage in a sales process. I would not use this kind of sales tactic for vulnerable, hurting, and codependent people. Again, I think Adam’s information is very insightful, but perhaps a different sales onboarding method could be considered.

Hello Viv,
Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your feedback - I’m sorry that this experience did not go as desired. I had an extensive conversation with Lukas about this interaction to better understand the source of the issue.
You are most certainly correct that our calls are centered around helping identify and provide a vision for resolving our client’s problem - and that our solutions are not for everyone. I will provide additional training to the team to ensure that this is handled with greater delicacy around more vulnerable cases, such as you’ve described yours to be.
I also understand your dissatisfaction with the absence of the option to use credit cards to use our financing service providers - Klarna and Affirm. Unfortunately, this is a restriction that they impose, and we have no control over it. We do, of course, offer credit card and PayPal options on all our services, but as you chose financing, we were bound by the rules these providers set.
I’ll be reaching out to you personally today to see if I can help set this experience right.

Coaching call with Jeremy
I had already read "Slaying your fear" and done the Attachment bootcamp but was stuck at one of the steps. Instead of (slowly) finding things out on my own, I figured it was better to get some help moving forward faster. Originally, I figured that joining the Attachment circle would be the best move but was informed that that is now defunct. After a call with Lukas, we settled on a coaching session with Jeremy as the best alternative.
I sent him a list of 3-5 goals beforehand, and we were able to get through all of them in the 50-minute session. I got specific straight-to-the-point suggestions for each item. I might eventually have figured things out on my own, but the main goal here was to get things moving again. I feel we accomplished that. The session was done in Zoom.
It was quite expensive (close to Big-law lawyer rate), but you will probably get more out of this than any standard therapy session.
And for the record: This is my first coaching session of any kind, and my first review on Trustpilot. I feel five stars should generally be reserved for those rare exceptional experiences, instead of everyone giving five stars as a default.
Bottom line: This was a good and productive session.
