The only thing that’s gone right and pleasurable is Toni. I can honestly say, I’ve only been happy with one person Toni Owens. She was an absolute please to work with. Past that your communication is terrible, your customer service as a whole is lacking and your billing is worse than that. I paid off my machine and yet you are still billing me….still! Do better!!!

I hate everything about it. I absolutely despise the texts about why I didn’t use it on a particular night. You have no idea what my life is like, and it’s intrusive and none of your business. If I didn’t use it i had a damn good reason. Leave me alone please.

Started the process to order sleep supplies. I am a new customer. I couldn’t create an account online, for whatever reason, I spent two weeks calling - 4 times & each time talked to someone and sent a prescription in from my doctor. Nothing on their end for two weeks. Today I called back and said what is going on? The fellow on the other end was confused as he showed me calling in on those dates, but there is no record of any of the information. I would give zero stars if I could.

Aeroflow is absolutely the worst company for CPAP machine. 1st they sent me a Machine that wasn't set up for my Prescription. After 3 months of complaining and speaking with a different person every time they finally sent someone to the House. Now I'm having more issues and I don't even get anyone to call me back, so I emailed them. Still NOTHING? Better companies to deal with, horrible experience! Big waste of time and Money. Try this Mask? Try that Mask? Junk! No service after the sale. Go elsewhere, don't make the same mistake I did, learn from my mistake.

Awful company that is not interested in customer service one bit. I have been trying to get them to send a pre-filled out prescription for my primary care doctor to sign so I can change form a full face mask to a nasal mask. A month I have been requesting this be sent and they simply can’t do this. Does level this customer service sound good and would you want them to look after you sleep apnea needs?

This company is money-hungry, greedy, deceptive, and dishonest! DO NOT ORDER YOUR CPAP SUPPLIES THROUGH THEM!! They will send you an endless array of unnecessary and unwanted materials, claim that they will credit your account when you return them, then ignore all of your messages. Unbelievably poor ethics!
