They claimed the reorder process was simple and easy, it isn’t. I had to e-mail multiple times and contact my doctors office twice just to get my supplies. The issue on why my order wasnt processed wasn’t clear. Which resulted in getting my supplies a month after I was eligible. Bad process, worse customer service, not user friendly.

Even though I feel that the entire process was fraught with problems, including being overcharged, the customer service representatives were always pleasant and cheerful when I spoke to them.

If you wanna be harassed by text messages that tell you to check an email and then have to sit on hold for 20 minutes just to talk to someone this company is for you. Unfortunately, my healthcare provider uses this company for all of their CPAP services. Their patient management platform is archaic and horrendous. Somehow, it is smart enough to be able to text you to tell you how you have a message, but never allow you to actually respond to the message or interact with anyone from the message instead, you get to call their toll-free number and sit on hold for 20 minutes or longer waiting to speak to someone. Then they send you really helpful messages like you must go see your doctor within 90 days or your insurance will cancel everything. Funny, it’s not my fault my doctor can’t see me within 90 days. And yet their response is “well, you have to or insurance will cancel all this.” If you area doing this and not forced to use this company, I would absolutely use someone else. If you’re already not getting good sleep, you don’t wanna lose sleep over these losers.

I used this company because that is where my doctor sent me. After having my unit for only 4 days it was giving me an error message of "serious leak". I called the company, spoke to someone who sounded like they had me on speaker phone and was washing their dishes at the same time who told me to do things like unplug it and plug it into another outlet, FOR A LEAK! When i asked what difference that would make she got very snotty, implying because I had only had it for a few days I didn't know anything and told me I to keep using it like it is and see what happens in the future. When I emailed them asking for the info on how to return and explaining why I was unhappy (I like a paper trail when dealing with problems) it took them over 2 weeks to even get back to me. Very unhappy with this company.
